Refund policy
At Yellow Drop, customer satisfaction matters to us. While we do not offer refunds, we do allow product exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

The item is damaged or defective upon delivery. We would need the product opening video

You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The product is unused and in its original packaging.

A clear photo and of the damaged product along-with a package opening video.

A description of the issue
We will review your request and notify you of the next steps. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement to be sent as soon as possible.
No Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged and qualifies for an exchange under our policy.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Exchanges are not allowed for:
